Postal delivery in the event of a sale:Â
You run no risk: as soon as a piece is ordered via our website, the artist receives a message that a piece has been sold. The student packs the artwork and takes it to the courier company (DHL, Hermes, UPS, etc.). As soon as the artwork is on its way, you will receive the invoice with the tracking number. Using the tracking information, we can see when the parcel arrives at its destination. Once it has arrived, the 14-day return period stipulated by law begins. The invoice must be settled within this period. As soon as the 14 days have elapsed, or if the customer confirms to us in writing beforehand that they wish to keep the artwork and will not be returning it, the student will have the amount transferred to their account. Â
International shipping:
For international shipping (EU), a flat-rate fee of €30 will be added to the order price.
Returns
We are a very small business and do not have the same capacity as a large corporation; we also wish to operate as environmentally responsibly as possible. Returning a piece of art is sometimes unavoidable, but it is important to us that orders are made after careful consideration. Return postage is borne by the customer.
